In the case of a product brought by the customer himself, the T-shirt shop is not responsible for the value of the article of clothing and only returns the cost paid for the printing service and does not reimburse the cost of the article of clothing.
Unfortunately not. Since you can print on specially treated cups, you cannot print on cups or thermoses that you have brought yourself.
Formats suitable for us are JPEG, PNG, PDF and vector graphics files.
It is possible to change the size on all products, except for the self-designed product. When designing the products yourself, we ask you to follow the measurement table in the product descriptions in order to avoid these situations.
