T-shirt shop E-shop general conditions<\/p>

1. General provisions<\/p>

1.1. The general conditions apply to the customer of www.tsargipood.ee (hereinafter the Buyer) and the owner of www.tsargipood.ee (hereinafter the Seller):<\/p>

about the legal relationships that sometimes arise when buying goods.<\/p>

1.2. The general conditions cannot conflict with the legal norms in force in the Republic of Estonia and, if necessary (in case of disputes or missing information), these norms have been supplemented.<\/p>

1.3. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change these conditions and prices of products for the purpose of efficiency, competitiveness, future development and replenishment or reorganization of the product range. Changes and additions to the conditions and product prices take effect from the moment the mentioned information appears on the website www.tsargipood.ee. If the Buyer submitted his order before the amendment of the conditions entered into force, then the conditions valid at the time the order was submitted apply to the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by law or these conditions.<\/p>

1.4. The Seller and the Buyer wish to trade through the www.tsargipood.ee website under the conditions set forth in this document.<\/p>

1.5. By placing an order on the Seller's website and making a payment, the Buyer confirms that he has read the terms of sale and agrees with them.<\/p>

2. Placing an order<\/p>

2.1. The buyer selects the desired goods from the e-store and adds them to the shopping cart.<\/p>

2.2. The buyer confirms the shopping cart and pays for the goods with the payment method suitable for him - through the payment center. We ask the Buyer to check before paying the order\/invoice that the information given in the order\/invoice corresponds to the customer's actual wishes.<\/p>

2.3. After paying for the goods, click on the "Back to merchant" link.<\/p>

2.4. To confirm the order, the order\/invoice is sent to the e-mail address entered when confirming the shopping cart.<\/p>

2.5. The sales contract between the Seller and the Buyer enters into force from the receipt of the entire purchase amount paid by the Buyer to the Seller's current account.<\/p>

3. Price of the goods<\/p>

3.1. T-s\u00e4rgipoe kodulehek\u00fcljel m\u00fc\u00fcdavate toodete hinnad on toodud eurodes. K\u00f5ik hinnad sisaldavad k\u00e4ibemaksu 24%<\/p>

3.2. The seller reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Buyer submitted his order before the price change took effect, the price that was reflected in the order confirmation at the time of placing the order applies to him.<\/p>

3.3. More detailed information about delivery methods and prices is provided under the "Delivery" section.<\/p>

4. Using the Design Self module<\/p>

4.1. In the design module Disaini Ise, the Buyer can create a unique design sample. The given sample is the basis for the Seller in the manufacture of the final product. The sample and the finished product may differ from each other in terms of the layout, size and colors of the design to some extent, which is due to the use of different printing technologies and the characteristics of the materials.<\/p>

4.2. For all materials uploaded by the Buyer, the Buyer must own the copyright or make sure that the photo or other work used is not protected by trademark, copyright or other rights. In case of doubt, the Seller has the right to demand proof of these rights from the Buyer for each element separately and together.<\/p>

4.3. The quality of the print depends on the quality of the inserted photos and elements, therefore the Seller is not responsible for claims arising from the use of technically low-quality files or typographical errors made by the Buyer in the module.<\/p>

4.4. Products with designs created in the Design Yourself module are not exchanged by the T-shirt store and cannot be returned.<\/p>

5. Purchase<\/p>

5.1. Only those goods with the link "Add to cart" can be purchased online from the e-store.<\/p>

5.2. The price of the goods or the availability of the goods may change on an ongoing basis and without prior notice. If the buyer has placed an order before the respective conditions have been changed, the contract conditions valid at the time of the order apply to the buyer.<\/p>

5.3. If the e-shop is unable to fulfill the order, the buyer will be contacted and the amount paid will be returned.<\/p>

5.4. On the "Shopping cart" page, you can also change the contents of the shopping cart if you wish. After the order is confirmed, the content of the shopping cart cannot be changed and the shopping cart is emptied of products. If you cancel the order after placing the order, the items must be selected again in the shopping cart. If the order and contact details are filled in correctly, payment can begin.<\/p>

6. Payment<\/p>

6.1. In the e-shop, you can pay for the selected item through the payment center.<\/p>

6.2. NB! After paying for the goods (making a bank transfer), exit the e-banking page by pressing the "Back to merchant" button. Next, the order confirmation will be displayed on the screen, and to confirm the purchase, an invoice will be sent to the customer to the e-mail address entered when confirming the shopping cart.<\/p>

6.3. Purchases made in the e-shop are reviewed between 09:00 and 17:30.<\/p>

7. Delivery<\/p>

7.1. The buyer can pick up the goods through Itella Smartpost, Omniva or DPD parcel machines.<\/p>

7.2. All goods purchased from the e-store will arrive at the postal machine chosen by the Buyer within 5 working days (within the Republic of Estonia). If the order is placed on a weekend or during a holiday, the goods will be delivered to the customer on the working days following the holiday.<\/p>

7.2.1 Purchases made during the discount period reach the buyer in a maximum of 14 working days.<\/p>

7.3. Itella Smartposti, Omniva ja Itella kohaletoimetamise hind on 3.50 \u20ac (hind ei sisalda k\u00e4ibemaksu).<\/p>

8. Return of goods<\/p>

8.1. The consumer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the day of delivery and to get the money back within 30 days (except for the transport cost of returning the goods). Cannot be returned on special order e. A product completed in the Self-Design module.<\/p>

8.2. The returned item must not be used and must be in the original packaging.<\/p>

8.3. The original packaging must be opened carefully without damaging it. If the package cannot be opened without breaking\/damaging it, the Buyer is not responsible for the damaged package. If the Buyer has damaged the packaging due to negligence, i.e. it was possible to open the product packaging without damaging it, the seller has the right to demand compensation for the damage caused.<\/p>

8.4. In the event that the customer discovers upon receiving the goods that the wrong or defective goods have been sent to him or that the goods do not reach the customer in good condition and in a closed package, the customer must immediately contact the seller's representative by writing to the e-mail address info@tsargipood.ee or by contacting the T-s\u00e4rgipoe office at P\u00e4rnu mnt 24b, Viljandi city, Viljandi county, 71020 II floor<\/p>

8.5. The seller is responsible for the goods purchased by the customer during their transportation. From the moment the goods are received, the risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the customer.<\/p>

8.6. The refund period starts from the moment you have returned the unsuitable item to the seller, who has received it and checked it.<\/p>

8.7. To return the goods through Smartpost, you must return the goods using the same code with which you received the goods. You can only return the goods to the blue Itella Smartpost parcel machine. If you have received your order from a white parcel machine, please contact Smartpost private customer service, where you can get a new door code to enter the order into the blue parcel machine.<\/p>

To return the goods through Omniva, the goods must be sent back using the return code originally in the SMS.<\/p>

9. Processing of the client's personal data<\/p>

9.1. The seller uses the personal data provided by the customer and data on the purchases made in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act to the extent necessary to fulfill the order placed by the customer in the e-shop. The seller does not pass on the customer's personal data to third parties, except to companies offering postal or courier services to the extent necessary to deliver the goods to the customer.<\/p>

9.2. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank details when paying for goods through the internet bank.<\/p>

10. Sales guarantee and submission of claim<\/p>

10.1. The seller is responsible for the non-conformity of the purchased goods within 2 years from the delivery of the goods to the customer. In the case of selling goods to the consumer, it is assumed that non-compliance with the contract conditions that occurred within 6 months from the day of handing over the goods to the customer existed at the time of handing over the thing, if such an assumption does not contradict the nature of the thing or defect. The customer undertakes to notify the seller of the non-conformity of the goods immediately, no later than within 7 days of its discovery, i.e. submit a claim.<\/p>

10.2. It is recommended that the customer submit a claim by e-mail to info@tsargipood.ee or at the T-s\u00e4rgipoe office, at P\u00e4rnu mnt 24b, Viljandi city, Viljandi county, 71020 II floor. In the claim, the name and contact details of the customer, the date of submission of the claim, the defect in the goods and the content of the claim must be stated, and a document proving the purchase must be attached.<\/p>

10.3. The seller is not responsible for any damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the customer during the execution of the order, including delivery delay, if this is due to circumstances beyond the seller's control.<\/p>

10.4. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or storage of the ordered goods.<\/p>

10.5. Disputes arising between the seller and the customer are resolved by the parties through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board, the Consumer Complaints Commission and\/or Harju County Court for the protection of their rights.<\/p>

11. In case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to:<\/p>

11.1. First demand free repair of the goods or its replacement with new goods.<\/p>

11.2. Demand withdrawal from the contract if:<\/p>

11.2.1. the seller cannot repair or replace the goods,<\/p>

11.2.2. repair fails,<\/p>

11.2.3. the seller has not eliminated the defect in the goods within a reasonable time,<\/p>

11.2.3. the repair or replacement of the goods has caused unreasonable inconvenience to the consumer.<\/p>

11.3. The seller is not responsible for product defects if:<\/p>

11.3.1. the failure of the product has been caused by improper use or careless maintenance; the product has already been opened or repaired not by our company;<\/p>

11.3.2. in case of mechanical injuries;<\/p>

11.3.3. the malfunction was caused by overvoltage, water or fire or other circumstances beyond the manufacturer's control;<\/p>

11.3.4. the product does not have a purchase receipt or invoice.<\/p>

11.4. Complaints related to goods or services purchased from the e-shop must be forwarded to the e-mail address: info@tsargipood.ee. The goods can be returned to T-s\u00e4rgipood, P\u00e4rnu mnt 24b, Viljandi city, Viljandi county, 71020 II floor.<\/p>

12. Other Terms<\/p>

12.1. The Seller uses the personal data provided by the Buyer only to fulfill the Buyer's purchase order. The seller does not disclose information obtained during purchases to third parties, except to cooperation partners for order delivery (Buyer's name, phone number and delivery address) and in cases prescribed by law.<\/p>

12.2. The security of internet bank links used to pay for goods is ensured by an encrypted (transfer of data to a secret form) data communication channel, during which third parties do not have access to personal data and bank details.<\/p>

12.3. In matters not regulated in these conditions, the Buyer and the Seller are guided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia and other acts regulating the relations between the parties.'<\/p>

12.4. Disagreements and disputes arising from the fulfillment of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the parties primarily through negotiations. If the disputes arising from the Agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, both the Buyer and the Seller have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or the court for the protection of their rights.<\/p>

12.5. In the measurement tables indicated with the products, a size difference of \u00b1 5% is allowed, which may vary from batch to batch.<\/p>

13. Product maintenance<\/p>

13.1. Maintenance of textile products offered by the seller:<\/p>

- wash the pillow by hand or in a machine in water up to 40 degrees;
\u2013 do not put in the dryer;
\u2013 bleaching and dry cleaning prohibited;
\u2013 iron only inside out.<\/p>

13.2. Maintenance of ceramic mugs provided by the seller:<\/p>

- wash only by hand, washing in the dishwasher is prohibited.<\/p>

14. Printing on the customer's own products in the store<\/p>

14.1 When printing on the customer's own products, please make sure that the print file and location are correct when communicating with the customer service representative.
